Customer Satisfaction
If an MHL customer is dissatisfied with any MHL product (MHL Supplements, MHL Books, MHL DVD) for any reason, then that customer must return the MHL product within 30 calendar-days from date of order. The MHL customer may request either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, including taxes paid, but no refund of original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in like-kind payment or replacement of product may take up to an additional 30 calendar-days from the customer meeting all the following conditions:
- The product is returned to MHL headquarters at the customer's expense for shipping and handling.
- The return is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the return.
- A copy of the original MHL Sales Receipt must be included with the return, accompanied by proof of payment, and a copy of the MHL Packing Slip.
- The unused portion of the MHL product in its original container must be returned.
- The name, address, and telephone number of the MHL customer is identified on all items.
- Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the MHL product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.
- MHL will pay the cost of shipping the replacement MHL product(s) to the customer.
- Call the MHL Customer Service Department at 866.645.0089 for a Return Authorization # prior to returning any product to MHL.

If an MHL customer is dissatisfied with any MHL service for any reason, then that customer must notify MHL in writing within 10 calendar-days from receipt of MHL service (MHL Blood Test, MHL Consultation, MHL Membership). Partial refunds will be issued in like-kind payment or replacement of service may take up to an additional 30 calendar-days from the customer meeting all the following conditions:
- The dissatisfaction with service is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the dissatisfaction.
- A copy of the original MHL Sales Receipt must be included, accompanied by proof of payment.
- The name, address, and telephone number of the MHL customer is identified on all documentation.
- Call the MHL Customer Service Department at 866.645.0089 for an Authorization # prior to sending any of the above.
